Amazing Boutique Hotel, renovated with love of details, each room has its own atmosphere. The owner is so nice and attentive; she received us personally, gave us the tour of the property, and helped us out with every single question or request we had during our stay. The room we got was very spacious and had a balcony. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is not included, but there is a very nice and spacious common kitchen on the first floor; the fridge has eggs, cheese, butter, etc. for free use of the guests. There is a bakery right next door, so no problem to get fresh bread / rolls in the morning. There is also a kitchenette in the room, but we didn't use it. Highly recommended.

I believe this is the nicest place I have ever been. From outside you would never guess. I LOVED it. Small, cosy, luxurious, down to earth. All in one. No idea how the architect managed. Great Breakfast.

Overlooking Neuchatel's rooftops or Lake Neuchatel, Hotel Alpes & Lac is opposite the main train station. It offers comfortable rooms and free Wi-Fi. The bed wás amazing and the view was incredible! Location of the hotel is top notch and easy to get into town and to get the train back out

Hôtel des Arts is conveniently located just 656 feet from the lake, near the center of Neuchâtel and the funicular railway which will take you to the train station in 3 minutes. Rooms have free Wi-Fi.... Comfortable bed(s). Large shower room with hand/hair/body wash. Balcony with lake view (did pay extra for balcony room) was great to sit out on. Friendly and courteous staff - reception and cleaners and at breakfast. My birthday was during the stay - lovely touch of food and drink in the room when came back that evening! Very good location for the lake, museums, park and places to eat and drink.

Located at Neuchâtel's harbor, Best Western Premier Hotel Beaulac is just a 2-minute walk from the historic city center and the university. Everything. Returning there for third time. Location, very very clean, super friendly and helpful personell , comfortable beds, nice smell throughout hotel. Plenty of small details that counts and gives you feeling that hotel is run by professionals

Hôtel Von Bergen features a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in La Sagne. The hotel restaurant is very recommendable, serving amazing food (inklusive the breakfast) made completely from local produces. The service level was also excellent.

Excellent service and a fantastic breakfast. The host was able to accommodate my every request, he even went out of his way to help me sort my onward journey. Truly exceptional service
