Breakfast was great. Location is very strategic as it’s only 3 minutes walk from the train station and the Mt Titlis ticket office is only 7 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was clean. Beds were clean. Our room has a balcony too facing to the other Alps. And the hotel staff also gave us our takeaway breakfast on the day we checked out.. but including those two coloured boiled eggs in the photo .. thanks to Luzia, Rebecca and the other lady in the kitchen 😇

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. The heart of this property is the staff. I have never met such pleasant people before. They truly love what they do. We ate on premises at both of the restaurants. Both are equally good. Food is Michelin worthy!!! Hats off to the chef. You never need to go anywhere else for your meals!!! The rooms are spotless. Super clean, cozy, and breathtaking views from room balcony. Breakfast was one of the best we have had across our tour through out Europe. Our server was lovely! Isolde and other front desk staff were super helpful. Very friendly. Restaurant staff was incredibly attentive. Best dining experience! We will return for sure! Housekeeping was spot on. Very friendly lady that catered to our requests with a smile. We can’t wait to return to this place. It’s become our new favorite.

The traditional Family-Hostel SPANNORT with common kitchen and self check-in is located right in the centre of Engelberg, close to the train station. This is the first time we really felt home away from home! Rooms are really cozy, the shared kitchen is super-well equipped (e.g. not only a stove and a microwave, but an oven, etc.) -- and everything is kept within the same design, which really make it feel as the whole. The location is super-convenient as well: ~15 min from the train station, ~5 min from bus stations to ski areas, ~7 min from grocery shops and ~10 min from a ski rent. The stuff is super-friendly and almost every day there were small evening compliments in the shared kitchen like hot chocolate with marshmallows, which contribute to the cozyness. Everything is controlled via the app, so it's self- check-in, self- check-out, live chat with the stuff in case needed and no physical key.

Hotel Central is located next to the Engelberg Main Train Station with connections to Lucerne, Dallenwil or Stans. WiFi access as well as private parking are offered for free at the hotel. The staff were absolutely the best; accommodating in every way. Fantastic breakfast with eggs made to order and accompanied with everything imaginable. Ski bus was a two minute walk. Wonderful restaurants at the doorstep.

The 4-star H+ Hotel & SPA Engelberg is located in the heart of Engelberg, only 300 metres from the train station. It offers fresh and local cuisine, a spa area and free WiFi. We got an upgrade . The hotel has an easily accessible underground parking, modern decoration in the rooms with a twist of wooden elements keeping the ambiance of the area. I saw the main restaurant too, loved tge chimney element, the cobbled walls and the scenic view overlooking mountains. Well arranged space. Breakfast is also awesome, many choices. Our stay was for 1 night but since we travel a lot to the area we will come again
