The staff is very friendly and helpful, we booked two day tours with them and they were great. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in 40 years of traveling. The care that the staff - Romina, Katherine, and Antonia - provided was sincere and above and beyond anything I've experienced before. They accommodated my need for a gluten-free breakfast every day. They accommodated my need for cooling due to my difficulties with heat. They were always pleasant and helpful.

The tasteful decor in tropical style, cleanliness and host's hospitality. Lorena spoke English and was always available whenever we had a question. The place is hidden behind a large gate wrapped in passion vine. The units with separate entrances are concentrated around a paved yard where it's nice to sit in the evening and watch the stars. I loved the thatched roofs! Our room was equipped with a ceiling fan and a fridge, everything was neat and tidy. We did not order breakfast, but it was available upon request. Chez Hiwa is located on a quiet street, 10 minutes from the town centre. Ahu Tahai, famous for its sunsets, is 12-15 min by foot.

Beautiful property- near the beach and in a quiet location. About 15 min walk into town. It’s family run, very clean, and you get a great breakfast.

An outdoor swimming pool and bungalows surrounded by gardens can be enjoyed in Hanga Roa only a 5-minute drive from Mataveri International Airport. Everything about the property was wonderful including the staff. The restaurant offered a variety of items. Complementary breakfast was great. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional.
