The hotel is very close to the airport (5/7) minutes by car, and even so, once you check in you find yourself surrounded by nature and tranquility. The room looked exactly like in the pictures, and honestly you can see some great sunrises/sunsets from there while listening to the birds outside. Plus the shower is amazing, and the bed super comfortable. Furthermore, everyone was so nice and welcoming!Everyone we interacted with was always ensuring we were okay and that we had an smooth trip. For us, that’s what makes this hotel, and the experience so special! We don’t have all the names but especial thanks to Ingrid, and Bruno! Ingrid really went out of her to make everything especial (and the food super tasty) which we truly appreciate. We also scheduled a two day tour through the hotel, our Gina guide was awesome, and we had a great time with her. Ultimately, our trip in Rapa Nui was super relaxed and it was thanks to the organization and help of the staff here.

Located in Hanga Roa, within 1.3 km of Playa Pea and 1.3 km of Pea, Takarua Lodge provides accommodation with a garden and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The hotel is situated by the sea, close to Tahai and there’s also a decent restaurant next door. Very relaxing place to stay in. Received warm welcome and farewell from the staff there.

The hotel is excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - from giving tips, making reservations for us and genuinely being interested in their guests. Btw, the hotel is well above the stated 3* standard.

Only 300 metres from Pea Beach, Hotel Manavai Hanga Roa is located in the centre of downtown Hanga Roa. Free parking is provided and free WiFi in the common areas. Great location near the marina, beaches & Main Street with everything you need. Staff & service is excellent & they provide a nice light breakfast to start your busy day. Tours to visit all the main sites around the island can be scheduled through this hotel. Benjamin & his staff are very mindful of everything you need.

Located on Atamu Tekena island’s main street, 600 metres from Pea beach and from Mataveri airport, Inaki Uhi Hotel offers fully equipped common kitchens and free Wi-Fi in Hanga Roa. This is a family-run hotel and you feel as part of the family as soon as you arrive. The hotel arranged airport transfers (from and to) and gave me a quick tour of the main street and the coast line. The room was big, bright and comfortable equipped with a small fridge and AC. The wifi was working well all the time. They can also arrange the island tours for the guests.

Hotel & Apartments "CHEZ HIVA" er 3 stjörnu gististaður í Hanga Roa, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Playa Pea. Boðið er upp á garð, verönd og veitingastað. The tasteful decor in tropical style, cleanliness and host's hospitality. Lorena spoke English and was always available whenever we had a question. The place is hidden behind a large gate wrapped in passion vine. The units with separate entrances are concentrated around a paved yard where it's nice to sit in the evening and watch the stars. I loved the thatched roofs! Our room was equipped with a ceiling fan and a fridge, everything was neat and tidy. We did not order breakfast, but it was available upon request. Chez Hiwa is located on a quiet street, 10 minutes from the town centre. Ahu Tahai, famous for its sunsets, is 12-15 min by foot.

Located 15 minutes' walk from the city centre, 100 metres from Tahai ceremonial centre, and 800 metres from Pea beach, Pikera Uri offers rooms with sea views and free Wi-Fi in public areas in Hanga... My stay at this hotel was a delightful experience and a great stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with a beautiful garden made it truly special. The owner has plenty of horses which were brought in in the morning which was a stunning scenery to watch. The short walk to town added convenience without sacrificing the peaceful retreat vibe. Rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

An outdoor swimming pool and bungalows surrounded by gardens can be enjoyed in Hanga Roa only a 5-minute drive from Mataveri International Airport. Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.
