I recently spent an unforgettable five days, from February 3rd to February 8th, 2024, at the Ski & Spa Hotel Bellevue in Harrachov, and it was nothing short of incredible. Nestled directly on the ski slope, the hotel offers unbeatable ski-in, ski-out convenience, making my skiing experience seamless and delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Hotell Kleis asub Cvikovis, 25 km kaugusel Zittau/Goerlitzi rakendusteaduste ülikoolist. Kohapeal on aed, tasuta eraparkla, ühine puhkeruum ja terrass. This was likely the best free breakfast I had in Czech Republic and elsewhere, the only better breakfast was perhaps in 5 star resort in Mexico. Eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes made to order, selection of home made jams, cold cuts, fresh squeezed juices, fresh on premises made pastry, really anything one could wish for, If this will not satisfy you, nothing will :-). And very pleasant personnel as well. Room was modern, clean and comfortable, and quiet (room wing is sort of inset so there is little noise from road nearby). There is brewery and bakery on premises as well and restaurant is also excellent. Property is located next to a small lake and nice hiking trails. Overall nice stay despite less than perfect weather. We forgot small chain there and personnel was kind enough to mail it to us. Thank you!

We loved the great many walking tour options in the nearest proximity and the views from the garden. Pleasant stuff.

Hotell Friuli asub Harrachovis, 600 meetri kaugusel suusahüpetest ja 200 meetri kaugusel Čertova Hora köisraudteest. Enamikust tubadest avaneb kaunis vaade. Everything,the staff was amazing. Food fantastic !

Külalistemaja Hotýlek Pod Smrkem asub Harrachovi suusalinnas. Suusatõstuk Ryzoviste - Certova Hora asub 200 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta parkla. The hotel is in a quiet location, next to a stream where you can meditate. The outside is very beautiful, a lot of flowers, a playground, a small pool, a barbecue and the opportunity to grill on a fire (for this, the owners will help you to prepare everything and you just have to light a match and get the meat for the grill). It is very cozy inside, very tasty breakfasts, just a wonderful games room (for both adults and children) and I would like to note the wonderful sauna and jacuzzi ( recommended!!) The owners are very friendly and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and not like in a simple hotel. During the whole period you can use the coffee machine, collect draft beer or take it from the refrigerator, there is also wine and various snacks. Highly recommended for family with kids!
