This friendly introduction set a positive tone for my entire stay and made me feel valued as a guest. In-Room Fruits: One delightful touch that stood out was the inclusion of fresh fruits in my room. It's a thoughtful addition that offered a healthy and tasty snack option, greatly enhancing my in-room experience. Helpful Staff: The staff members at this hotel are truly remarkable. The BEST hotel manager you can ever meet! Hassan is an incredible person who genuinely cares about his guests and tries to make them happy in every possible way. This is a kind of place where you artive as a guest and leave as a friend. Hassan's commitment to his guests is truly inspiring. He is always available for any questions and advice, and yet is always diplomatic and soft-spoken. Hassan also has a great sense of humour and talking with him is always a delight, in addition - his English language skills are fantastic. The hotel is located near the ferry dock and sees quite a bit of traffic - you are going to experience a real part of Luxor. It is a great place to stay for independent travellers who are looking for an authentic experience without tourist crowds. The rooms are basic, but super clean and very spacious, the linen and towels are all clean and fresh; the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable as well. You also have a very kind employee Mohammed to look after you - he is always helpful, attentive, and does a great job keeping everything clean and safe. The price for this place is also excellent. The hotel has a large rooftop terrace for sweeping views over the Nile. This is also where a lunch bufet is available frim 11a.m. to 3 p.m. We tried the food there, and were also very happy with the selection, price, and attitude. Yes, we were VERY happy with this hotel team, and could HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to those travellers who appreciate a genuine local hospitality!

The hotel is very convenient to visiting Luxor, it is in great location on a quiet street. It is on the West bank of the Nile, very close to the main attractions, but East bank is also accessible easily by the ferry. Our room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and we had amazing food both for breakfast and dinner. I would recommend.

At Luxor's West Bank, directly on the shores of river Nile, a small number of Nubian style huts with a private little garden attached offer privacy and a sense of ownership. Staff are very helpful and friendly and even though committed 24/7, they all provide a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Free transfer by boat between the hotel and downtown Luxor is available around the clock upon call. The little restaurant offers a variety of tasty homemade food — a great breakfast, snacks for lunch and a diverse selection of dishes for dinner. All meals combine elements of the Egyptian and Western cuisine. Drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and a small selection of Egyptian wines) are also available, a specialty is the Turkish style coffee. The hotel offers a small pool perfectly suitable for a quick refreshment. Upon request, bicycles are available for rent, and the famous sights of the area (valley of the kings, valley of the queens, Hatshepsut temple - each approximately 8 km away one way) can be explored easily by bicycle! I lived for four years in Egypt, but this hotel was by far the nicest I ever had!
