Mountains and green. Really relaxing and beautiful area. The hotel was new. I think its family owned. Everyone was helpful and very polite. At night its very quiet and easy to sleep with the window open to enjoy that night breeze. The hotel was easy to find. You can park easily outside. The lift was broken when we were there but that wasn't a problem. The rooms are big and nice and the stairs in the room had interesting design. They rooms were very well equipped and both toilets were very clean. Also veeery comfy beds and blankets. The breakfast was one of the best we had. Everything fresh. At the evening its nice to seat outside in the balcony or down in the veranda area (if its cold they provide blanket). Because its a new place (when we went it was there 2nd week that were open) its still missing maybe one two things that haven't arrived yet, but there wasn't any problem, it didn't affect us. They are doing a very good work.

If you ever visited Georgia, you have to take a trip to Kazbegi and to this hotel specifically. We loved the room, the view from our window, the balcony, the family that is running the hotel. We loved their breakfasts and their free coffee all day and night. The bathroom is also big! A beautiful property all in all. We were really surprised and taken by the whole experience that we asked to stay another night at the hotel and rearranged our whole trip accordingly. We can’t recommend the place enough. Trust us and you will see the result for yourself.

Special thanks to the staff of the hotel. They are very welcoming and caring, making you feel more like at home than just at the ordinary hotel. The best location in my opinion: far away from noisy central road, close to mountains, no need to go up a steep hill in order to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is super stylish and new, but also feels cozy. There is also a restaurant functioning on the zero floor which is absolutely amazing. If you choose option with breakfast you will leave the table absolutely full, trust me! Plus you can have an amazing lunch or dinner with traditional Sakartvelos dishes made from local ingredients. Rooms are clean and neat, with super soft beds and puffy blankets. You also get a bathrobe and a full shower kit. I'm looking forward to coming back here!
