It was our first experience, and giving the design of the hotel, the best one. Congrats to the team who designed this beauty and to the team which is taking care of the guests needs every day!

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Our stay was amazing - the hotel is very new, lobby and restaurant have very high quality food which was reasonably priced. Most importantly it was staff that made the difference - they were very polite and helpful, very professional. I was leaving earlier than my mother who is a senior and they helped her to check out and call a cab. Breakfast is also great. I was in different Sheraton hotels around the world and this hotel was the best! I will be definitely coming back!

This hotel is set on Lake Schuchye, among the pine forest of the National Park. A spa centre and free Wi-Fi are featured at Rixos Borovoe Hotel. The Chalet and the Crimean Baths are amazing!

The best thing about the hotel was the manager and reception staff. These people answered every question that we had, in either Russian or English, they were polite, and they went out of the way to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we need. Gor, the manager, was especially helpful and professional.

Though english communication is challenging but all staff are very helpful and try to support us especially staff in restaurant. Dinner at hotel restaurant is fantastic and with extra charge.

The gym was a big bonus - I'll have to use it the next time I go. The manager greeted me and sat down to chat after checkout. We talked about my experience which was quite positive. That was quite special. The Free breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, breads, eggs and more. There were nice options and there was a worker who greeted me. I believe it was 7:30am on a Sunday which is quite early, but everything was setup and ready to go. The staff was helpful and friendly, and some of them spoke English (Including the manager). The room seemed much larger than the photo, even with the king bed. The bed was VERY comfortable. I'm 1.88m/6'2 so that was a bonus. Even more, the ceilings were a huge surprise. They had to be at least 13 feet high, maybe more. I'm tall yet felt short in the room! :P. Everything was so clean; a nice, tall showerhead with hot water. The hotel seems to prefer quality over quantity as there are not a large amount of rooms (only a few floors), and they seem nicely spaced, again very clean and new looking place. I used the internet for 2 international job interviews via skype, video streaming, etc. and had no issues. Overall, this was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at for this price range. Again, the fully equipped gym is a major bonus as most hotels just skip over this I can't wait to stay here again. Thanks Neos!

Situated in Shchūchīnsk, 7.9 km from Stantsiya Kurort-Borovoye, Дом у озера features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and a bar. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge area and the cutest cat ever living on the property. The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.
