The staff is very friendly and speaks English well. The hotel looks new and modern. Breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. The hotel is situated close to the main attraction, the mausoleum. We will come back.

We loved staying here, so we booked even more nights! The room is clean, spacious and has a sunny balcony that overlooks the courtyard; the shower is very warm; the beds are comfortable; and the buffet breakfasts are varied and delicious. There is a restaurant and lounge onsite, staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the mausoleum is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. (Make sure to walk the mausoleum grounds at sunrise and sunset; it is absolutely breathtaking.) Edem has everything we wanted for a very affordable rate. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a lovely, comfortable and cosy hotel in Turkestan. The staff were so friendly and professional, the hotel has a restaurant on premises servicing good quality meals and wines, very convenient if you don't want to go out. The rooms are a great size, the bathroom and maintenance is immaculate throughout the rooms and common areas, the bed was so very, very comfortable. We stayed an extra night to see a few more things in and near Turkestan and we're very happy to have this lovely place to come home to. Very happy to recommend a stay in this hotel.

The reception staff are very friendly, despite the fact that I arrived at the hotel late, my reservation was waiting for me. I was pleased that even instead of a standard room they offered me a luxury room. Clean and comfortable hotel

Super location right in front of Khoja Ahmed Yassaui Mausoleum. New Turkistan is reachable in 10 min. walk. Really helpful staff. They found is taxi to Sauran at very reasonable price. Room was nice, large and breakfast was very good.
