Servei excel.lent. La noia és molt atenta, sempre per whatsapp, en especial per la ubicació, que és complicada. Les habitacions tenien molts extres, també begudes, de forma gratuita i eren boniques. La piscina era maca i gran.

Tot està cuidat fins l’últim detall i organitzat amb molt bon gust. L’Esther, la Vinah i la Irene han estat súper amables, bones hostes, pendents de les nostres necessitats i donant-nos consells. Molt bona ubicació, a més.

The staff are very prompt with their replies and constantly checks in with you before and during your stay. Even after check out, the staff will follow up to see if any improvement could be made. The room(!!!) was extremely clean and comfortable. Tiny details like portable battery was even provided -- very well thought. The washroom was super clean and well furnished too, hot water is always running. Within the residence, there was even an area where necessities such as umbrella, waterproof phone sling pouch and hand sanitiser were provided for guests to borrow during their stay. The owner really thinks through what guests may need. Lastly, the photos are true to the actual room. Location was perfect too - close enough to the malls and within walking distance to the waterfront. Can't recommend this place enough, will definitely stay here again if I were to visit KK in future.

It was probably our best accommodation in Borneo when it comes to the quality of the rooms, and the personnel was very nice and attentive. It’s a bit far from the city centre but still located in a bustling commercial zone where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.
