Especially Ms Liza in the reception is so helpfull. She arranged our island hopping tour and airport transfer reservations and all was very good and punctual. She gave us lovely souveniers from the hotel and everyday she gave clean beach towels. Breakfast in terrace was also very delicious served by nice and kind staff. Relaxing in terrace bar at night was also so good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Thank you all for your hospitality.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and I have to say that kindness of Majona truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not only did she upgrade my room without any charge, but she also provided a free shuttle to the city center and even offered to take us to the white sand beach without us even asking. On top of that, they also offer free snorkeling and really cheap motorbike service. But what really stood out to me was the personal connection I felt with Majona. We had a deep conversation and I truly enjoyed talking with her. She is a great person who cares deeply about her guests and it shows in every interaction. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with sardines and turtle watching just in front of the hotel. It was amazing to be able to experience such unique and breathtaking natural beauty right outside my door. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone.Thank you to the Majona for making our stay so special

Better Cebu than Manila
I used Cebu city as my layover hub to go to Bohol, Alona, moalboal, and Camotes Island. Cebu is a big city without the stresses that Manila has. The taxi drivers use meters and never tried to cheat me. Maybe because my appearance looks threatening, ha-ha I don't know. Anyway the visayas is a whole lot better than Luzon.

I used to live here. So I may be a little biased, but I love Dauin. It's a central hub for all things in the Visayas region: Apo Island, Siquijor, transportation to Dumaguete and Cebu, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc. The people are wonderful, and there are even a couple extra hangout spots after a long day of being away from the hotel room. Please stop at the market to try filipino delicacies and foods. It's a necessary experience. Shot out to Rosalinda restaurant next to El Dorado. The food there is great!

The Whaleshark Capital of the Visayas - Oslob, also known as the home of the Gentle Giants. Watch Oslob whale sharks for a remarkable experience however please be mindful of the rules and regulations to help maintain a healthy Oslob marine life. Take a quick boat ride to Sumilon. The gorgeous Sumilon Island Sandbar and Diving Site remains a sublimely idyllic beach escape as it was temporarily closed to the public for about 6 days for a major clean up. Imagine what Boracay would be after its rehabilitation. Just a few meters from the whale shark watching resorts and Port Sumilon is the hidden beach of Cangcua-ay. Walk a hundred steps down and you will be greeted by what seems to be the gates of paradise. After all the beach bumming, immerse yourself in the local culture by visiting the Poblacion. Found behind the somewhat busy streets of Oslob Poblacion, the Oslob Heritage Park boasts of century old structures, unfinished buildings made of coral blocks and spanish era barracks.

The resort is beautiful. We like the fact that the beachfront is somewhat private as it wasn't crowded. It was clean and water is crystal clear. The swimming pools are gorgeous. The staff were all AMAZING :-) Service is impeccable. Thank you to the front desk staff, Amanda and Mighty for helping us book of boat rides and vans. To the roof top pool staff, Milo, Peter and the rest of the staff - you guys are amazing - we really enjoyed our afternoons/evenings there. We often think that paradise on earth doesn't exist, but that was before we came to Plantation Bay. My wife and I stayed in Plantation Bay for about two weeks, initially for the lagoon and the views, but the longer we stayed, the more it became a second home for us. First, the food. Starting with breakfast, there are a variety of restaurants all over the place. It's even delicious. You can have a really good meal here, not just a half-assed one, and the menus are varied. The flagship restaurant, "Kilimanjaro," is located in the center of the lagoon, so if you get hungry after a day on the water or just want a mango shake, you can always go there. 2. relaxation First of all, the rooms are in great condition. They're clean and tidy, so there's little to stress about like bugs and lizards. Also, most of the guests are gentle and quiet, as they are basically quiet. The only sounds we hear when we fall asleep are the wind and water, and the only thing that wakes us up is the birds chirping. Finally, they have a really nice massage area. If you like massage or Japanese gardens, this is a must visit. 3. Everything is possible inside Before I came to Cebu, I saw advertisements for various activities, but I realized it was a waste of money. Here, you can do everything from island hopping to snorkeling, jet skiing, getting certified to diving and more. The prices are reasonable. Best of all, there are no extra fees. They also offer souvenir and delivery services. This can range from room service to outside food delivery via Grab. Wrapping up, Plantation Bay is a great choice for your Cebu trip. However, there are a few caveats - Be aware of the cost of taxis in Cebu, they make a lot of strange offers. - Habal-habal and tricycles are not allowed inside the resort. If you leave the resort, taxis and others can give you an unpleasant experience. You can avoid this by using an app.
