At sunset was lovely to watch the children splashing in the sea & playing volleyball. The hosts were such a lovely family & provided everything we needed, including lots of advice on the sights to see around. The street markets within 5 minutes walk, as well as a supermarket & reliable ATM which came in handy. We would definitely come back here, it was a fabulous little stop.

The staff are very kind and helpful. They picked us up from and to the airport for free. I think it's a promo for this month or something. They even gave me a birthday gift and free fruits the night before my birthday. The room is neat and very comfortable. It has a fantastic ocean view from its balcony. We could watch the musical water show from there, too. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Kiss Bridge, the place where they hold the musical water show, the Sunset Town beach, and the cable car station. You could reach those places just by walking. There are restaurants and coffee shops around the area, too. Overall, our experience here is great and we would definitely book this hotel again when we go back to Phu Quoc next time.

Off of main streets, so it was nice and quiet too. Good, reliable wifi for work calls.

Veldig fint hotell liggende ved elven. Personalet var svært hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en uheldig opplevelse dagen vi ankom, der kommunikasjonen mellom hotellet og restauranten ikke fungerte så bra. Vi fikk en veldig god kompensasjon for det som inkluderte oppgradering til junior suite. Hotellet satt oss i kontakt med turoperatør slik at vi fikk oppleve Mekong-deltaet.

Amazing staff and facilities, breakfast was really good with alot of variety. The free airport shuttle provided was like made for a movie star. Room was spacious, very clean. We had interconnecting room without extra charge. The pool was great and you also have access to the beach as well. Free shuttle buses was also provided to the other attractions

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel located at good location. It is not a beach front hotel, but you can walk to the public beach within 5 minutes. The pool is small and located on the ground floor. The front of the hotel could use some improvement to cover the big power box and would be able to attract more travelers. We had an early flight and hotel was very accommodating on early breakfast. We would highly recommend it and definitely stay there again.

Nice location, 5mins walk from bus stop, friendly hotel staff and comfortable lobby to welcome us on arrival. Room is big and comfortable, family suite is has a large glass window with great view and the bed is superb. The Aircon is cold. Cleanliness is good. Breakfast is good too! Slight changes everyday, to my family is good enough. Locate at the heart of Phu Quoc, easy access to many places. Bathroom is super big with separate bath and toilet, and dry bathroom. Waterflow is good that makes shower an enjoyable one too!
