We liked every moment since and even before check-in 1. We were greeted and immediately helped to lift the bags 2. We were offered complimentary drinks while checking-in, which helped a lot with the heat 3. The hotel has its own private beach with the tunnel road. Staff helps you even there, setting umbrellas and so on 4. You get your 24/7 personal butler that helps you with everything you need. E.g we asked him to help to connect to the bluetooth speaker that we also had in our room 5. When cleaning the room, cleaners put drinking water bottles all over the room, so you can find it anytime you feel thirsty 6. The breakfasts are very tasty. Everyday you can order one meal from the list, that will be cooked specially for you + lots of delicious food served on the tables, e.g salmon

Absolute perfection. The location, facilities and staff were impeccable. I am an extensive traveller, who works long hours in a demanding profession. I came to Abu Dhabi for a short break to recharge and stayed at the Park Hyatt on the recommendation of a business aquaintance. The hotel exceeded my expectations, so much so I have already booked again for March. My every need and more was anticipated.

A huge room with a fantastic view, robe, slippers, welcome fruit bowl, and Macrons. The evening buffet and breakfast were exceptional and not overly busy. Food from all over the world, nicely presented and replenished frequently. Very relaxed atmosphere and no rush to move you out. Lovely waiting staff, although the grill chef was a little grumpy. Pool areas were good, although very busy. Beach was small but quieter, and a nice touch giving free water and a cooler box. The reception area very impressive and was checked in by a very lovely Lucy, who I must say has an amazing memory. Girls handing out coffee and treats also very nice.

We took full advantage of all the facilities while we were there during our short 18 hour stay. The gym is incredible. So extensive and every single piece of equipment you could imagine. There is also a nice view of the Grand Mosque from the treadmills! We shopped at the racquetball store and picked up some fitness shorts for my husband. We lounged at the incredible pool and ordered refreshing smoothies. The pool was not crowded and had such a relaxing and luxe vibe. We had appetizers at the street food restaurant on the roof top (bonus points for how friendly and accomodating the staff were!) and then ordered a pizza at the pizza restaurant on the other side of the campus. We watched a soccer game from our bean bag chairs and then walked the track several times for exercise.

We spent a great week here at Al Maya Resort with the family. It’s a hidden gym of a holiday location. We had the three bedroom villa. Beautiful private beaches, well designed vintage interior, quiet atmosphere, magnificent weather, and great service by the staff (under the supervision of the very nice Mr. Ahmad).

This place is just beautiful beyond words. Stunning pool with cabanas and a swim up bar - beautifully styled public areas Breakfast is superb and plentiful Staff go the extra mile - for example Saifullah discovered on our first morning that I like Chai so he prepared different ones for me both mornings after that and presented us with a special thank you platter on our last morning. The Italian restaurant is excellent and you get to feed the horses from the nearby stables who come to graze in the evenings. All the staff here were wonderful too. The rooftop bar/restaurant serves great cocktails and tasty Moroccan food. There is a 24h gym and we enjoyed the complimentary spa facilities including the snow cave, very useful when it’s 41C outside! We were here to relax and that’s exactly what we did but there are plenty of activities available for those with the inclination and the cash! Will always remember our stay here, it was pretty much perfect.

This is one of the best experience I had ever. It is an amazing place with high quality stay .. all inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner, all drinks, laundry also) .. this is so amazing and worth the money and more. Definitely I will come again. Thank you so much Rixos for giving such an amazing experience.

Breakfast was excellent with good variety of food, coffee was good. The room, bed and pillows were absolutely comfortable. It was easy to park there. Yas Island parks are in the price of stay and this is a great benefit. The location is nice, the waterfront is really great and has different modern restaurants. Cafe del Mar is next to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable with kids, the pool was also very nice and has enough of sun-beds.
