All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

Good location, beautiful view from the terrace, kitchen well equipped, short way to 2 ski slopes, friendly owner providing key safe code so super easy access to the apartment.

Everything was great! Perfect location of the appartment for hiking in the summer. The appartment looks just like in the photos. We were with our dog (big breed), and the owners didn't make any problems. There was car park just in front of the building. As someone mentioned before, there is a train station nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. We wholeheartedly recommend this place for staying in Kaprun !

Lovely apartment with beautiful view to mountains in a great place to stay for long time. We were here for eight nights and even started to call it our home. Owners were very kind and helpful. First few days the weather wasn't great and there were a little cold at first nights, but owner turned on heating so we could feel warm and cozy. In addition they prepared a "bad weather gift" for us - a delicious self made cake, jam from self grown berries and peppermint tea.

Hotel súper cómodo con una decoración muy bonita. el área de spa es fantástica y el desayuno muy bueno. El personal es súper amable, llegamos temprano el día de entrada y nos atendieron muy bien con un cóctel de bienvenida y nos dieron la habitación lo antes posible.
