I had the pleasure of staying at St. Ivan Rilski Hotel in Bansko this January, and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. A special shoutout to Salih at the reception, whose professional yet friendly and solution-oriented approach made a significant difference. His attention to detail and eagerness to assist guests were commendable. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with rooms that offer both comfort and luxury, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day on the slopes. The culinary experience was delightful, featuring a wide variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Whether you’re looking for traditional local cuisine or international dishes, the quality and presentation of the food were impressive. One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area, complemented by both an indoor and outdoor heated pool. It provided a perfect sanctuary to relax and rejuvenate, especially after spending the day skiing. The cleanliness and ambiance of the spa area, along with the professionalism of the staff, contributed to a truly therapeutic experience. Moreover, the affordability of St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, in comparison to similar ski holiday hotels in Turkey, is worth noting. It offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent facilities, service, and location at a fraction of the cost. Everything was excellent , the staff were extra professional and polite, the apartment is perfect like home, you have wish to stay in it. The owner left everything for the guests to fill like home. The pool was perfect, the water was not too cold and not too hot. Small but perfect spa.

The apartment is very close to the gondola, very good value for money, clean and warm, has everything you need even for a longer stay. The washing machine was highly appreciated after a few days of skiing.
