The host was great and very responsive, the apartment is easily accessible from the back entrance of the Main hotel building complex, and you can enter easily in the Spa center from the back entrances as well, no need to go all the way to the main registration of the Spa. The apartment was nice, one big bed and one sofa suitable for 1 person (the sofa bed was not expanded, one of us 3 girls just slept on the sofa itself, but it would not be comfortable for a grown up man or a taller person). The bonus is that there are 2 bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, which is an improvement from the suites reserved directly from the hotel which have a bathroom only downstairs. Everything was great, we recommend it for sure for couples or groups of 3 girls.

Joined with the hotel through heated hallways and key cards. Room was very clean, coffee, towels, robes, slippers provided. Room had a view of the outdoor pool. Had access to the Spa facilities and pools. Pet friendly!! My dog was off leash inside the hotel area and at the outside premises. No extra charge for your pet. Beautiful, long path leading to the golf courses with views of Pirin mountains. Lots of mini markets and restaurants inside the complex (although expensive). Women greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to get to get to the Spa area.

Everything was clean with all the stuff inside and although the heater wasn't enough, there was a hot fan inside to help the heater in this cold winter outside. The resort was not crowded and it was nice. It was also great because the owners accepted our beloved elderly dogs and we saw/meet other four paws friends at the resort. The communication with the owner was also good and Tsvetelina was very kindness. The staff in the registration desk were welcoming. The place is in a short distance to the Razlog village (with a good local restaurant there), Bansko and Banya by car and surrounded by nature and mountains.
