The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and wholesome. Our room was clean and a great size. Bus stops are close to the hotel which makes for easy access to the centre.

As someone who has been lucky enough to have experienced luxurious hotels and holidays all around the world I would say that the Golden Bay meets those expectations. Although the reception area could use a more modern renovation the room and facilities were amazing. My room was brand new and absolutely spotless. The staff were amazing and caring and the food provided at the breakfast area and the pool restaurant are fabulous.

The hotel's stuf was very friendly, polite, plesent and helpfull, especialy all the receptionists and Preet who was very nice and , profecional and plesent. The room was comfortable and the food was tasty.
