The hotel is spotless. You have four pools on three levels. Easy to get a sunbed and it is very peaceful. A nice hotel to relax The food is very good with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. But the best thing about here is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Any requests are dealt with promptly and with a smile.

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much although it cost 30 Euro more per night, very useful in the less warm days where the outdoor pools are too cold to enjoy. Even though we booked very last minute due to issues with another booking, staff at reception was super friendly and helpful. The Appartment itself was beyond our expectations: really big with separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It was clean and very comfortable. You can use the indoor swimming pool, saunas, outdoor pool and many more facilities. The location was great. Close to Arrecife and Airport, close to all the places in Costa Teguise yet not in the middle of it all. Also lots of street parking available in front of the hotel.
