The hotel is spotless. You have four pools on three levels. Easy to get a sunbed and it is very peaceful. A nice hotel to relax The food is very good with plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. But the best thing about here is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Any requests are dealt with promptly and with a smile.

Beautiful well cared & super clean Self catering apartment in a lovely quiet area with an amazing sea view balcony fully equipped & only a 10 min stroll to shops and the lovley beaches . The host Tommaso was amazing friendly and very helpful even to booking our taxi on return to airport , and assured us he would be there if we needed anything .The complex has a lovely pool area too We would deffinatley stay again perfect .

We enjoyed the Jacuzzi very much although it cost 30 Euro more per night, very useful in the less warm days where the outdoor pools are too cold to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised by the well organized and prepared Christmas dinner and activities afterwards . Thanks to the whole team to make our stay nice and happy.

We had a lovely stay in Barcelo- we have been upgraded at no extra charge to the Royal program. The room was specious and clean with a beautiful view facing the ocean, all of the facilities including gym are well maintained, the food and service were excellent. I would definitely come back.

This hotel is suitable for families with small children. However, I was alone and the receptionist - without me asking - spontaneously and very cleverly, gave me a room far away from the pool and mini club, so it was quiet all day :) The suite is a comfy and spacious apartment with bedroom: it has a bathroom with all toiletries, living room, balcony, mini kitchen and even two TV sets. Food quality and variety is excellent and qualify/price I would definitely recommend the HB. The hotel has loads of activities for children and even a pirate ship in the pool and a mini club. Staff is kind and professional. There is also a beautician and a courtesy room, so that you can stay in the resort until late the date of your check out. A plus: right next door, there is an English speaking doctor/clinic where you can get your PCR and antigenic test.

Absolutely loved everything about this place - never done an AI but joined my daughter/baby/9 year old grandson/son in law for a few days break. Everything was beautiful, the bedding/cleanliness of the rooms were 2nd to none, the general cleanliness and tidying was absolutely constant around the site, credit to every single member of staff on this aspect! Ok, so it was a breakfast/lunch buffet type arrangement which is more than adequate during the day with little ones, I thought the quality and choice absolutely lovely; something for every age group here, nice healthy food as well, which can be a bit of a struggle during the day. We didn't eat on site during the evenings; being so near to all the lovely eateries and beachfront cafes, it would have been a shame, plus a change of scenery is nice. The entertainment for the children was non stop and my grandson thoroughly enjoyed it. I just could not find anything negative at all and hope my daughter invites me back again when they return in May!!

Even though we booked very last minute due to issues with another booking, staff at reception was super friendly and helpful. The Appartment itself was beyond our expectations: really big with separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. It was clean and very comfortable. You can use the indoor swimming pool, saunas, outdoor pool and many more facilities. The location was great. Close to Arrecife and Airport, close to all the places in Costa Teguise yet not in the middle of it all. Also lots of street parking available in front of the hotel.

We loved being able to use the small kitchenette to cook some of our meals. We loved our patio as well. The beds were nice and comfortable and the hotel had very nice quiet hours at a certain time at night, so we were never woken up by any rowdy people. The staff was very friendly and hard-working. Everything seemed very clean.
