Perfect for everything. Enthusiastic staff,delicious food and an extremely comfortable and elegant room with incredible sea view. This should be the best resort that l have ever been. You are free to choose lying on the couch beside the private pool or attending the GYM lessons. By the way, hope the lovely cat Roy always being happinness and pleasure. Thanks for every staff feeding this littel baby. Should be here again in the coming year！ （Even with 15hrs flight

The Hotel is a real 5 stars, with extraordinary facilities! Since we arrived, they welcomed us with champagne and offered us the access to all the facilities even if the room wasn’t yet ready (arrived around 11 am). We had a sea view room with astonishing views, extremely clean and very beautiful style. The hotel is amazing, situated on the edge of a cliff, very nice architecture, modern look but classy at the same time. They also have access to a beach (the water is very clean). The food is very good! Very tasty and diverse, amazing sweets, and there are also the a la carte restaurants. Also the drinks are very good (imported, not local), bartenders are professionals, high quality products, from coffee to spirits or cocktails. The Staff is also professional, everyone is kind, polite, well trained and they really do their best to make you happy. The pools are great, with clear salted water, and bars around. I can say it’s the best hotel we’ve been in the whole Greece (not only Crete), and we saw more than 10 5 stars hotels in Greece till now. There is nothing I didn’t like, this is a truly 5 stars! 10 of 10 from me, and will come again for sure!

Amazing stay at the end of season. Staff was vert good - we have got an upgraded room and it was available 4 hours earlier than check-in, so our vacation started early. It had amazing view from room and good choice of food. Nature around was big plus as we have enjoyed plenty of walks as well as visited all 4 beaches nearby.

The Aministrator of the hotel Agapi is so usefull, she helped me to change the dares of my booking. I got one of the best rooms view upon arrival. Amazing goid, beach is super for the kids. Good entertainmebt. Ckean rooms. Beautifull location. I am coming bach in 2024.

There were many choices for breakfast. Location is wonderful in the little village of Agia Pelagia. People were so helpful. Very lush when walking around the grounds. Lots of pool options and 2 beaches to chose from.

The hotel's allure is the waterpark, which provides an abundant array of rides for the delight of children. The beachfront rooms are spacious, renovated and located conveniently close to the dining venues. The hillside accommodations, although smaller and more remote, are accompanied by hanging grape vines and exotic plants. The main restaurant provides a good culinary experience, with a diverse and appealing menu, from the always present staples like tasty pizzas, succulent stakes and sweet deserts, to novel culinary treats rotated on a daily basis.

I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug. The room was cleaned everyday!

Very friendly staff ,very good meals and drinks, very clean, nice location with big private beach and swimming pool. The public transportation from the hotel gate to downtown and old city also directly to the airport for one and half euro.good value for money paid.
