Very good hotel for families with kids. Everything is well organized, rooms are fresh and clean, the services are OK and food is good. Staff is very good, including supervisors at the waterpark - they are very attentive. Great staff at the main bar and pool bar. Maybe I would recommend: providing some more dietic (boiled, not grilled) meat/fish options; and also if - possible - expand the playground, which is a bit small for the demand. Overall good value for money.

We loved the staff - everyone is incredibly warm and welcoming. The attention to detail in the room and in the service in general is amazing. We felt so comfortable we did not want to leave the hotel (even though we did to get to know the island). The food is amazing and very varied - not only in the main restaurant but the different bars and restaurants with reservations. We stayed in a room with a garden view and it was still very beautiful. The beach is amazing, and the pool is as well. What also amazed us was the cleaning service of the room - everything was so well cleaned every day. Also, in most all-inclusive hotels, some cocktails/restaurants are not included. We found it surprising that literally everything is included. The comfort of the room and the hotel spaces is top-notch! We will definitely come back with our families and friends. 10/10, would recommend without a doubt. We are very happy with our stay. The setting is wonderful. It’s a sophisticated. new hotel. Great staff. I saw some negative reviews but I found the for a buffet the chef really does his best. The only negative thing was the overpowering air freshener at the entrance.

The animation team was really fantastic. Great shows and entertainment every day. And the mini club for children was also very good. Our kids of 4 and 6 enjoyed it a lot! The beach is on walking distance, hotel staff is very friendly, rooms were hygienic and cleaned every day, buffet is ok.

Everything was excellent, the entire hotel staff did everything to make our stay pleasant, all the people at the reception office, the cleanliness of the rooms, the great food, the water park, the pools for children and adults were really an attraction, The dining room served a rich and diverse selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner

Sensus was great and the rooms were modern in design. Staff at reception and restaurants were friendly, very accommodating. Hotel manager was very kind, as we arrived very early from Athens she made an exception to allows us to check in early.
