Wonderful resort with nice beach (blue flag). Quiet place, comfortable and luxurious. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. The breakfast was great. We enjoyed pool bar with fantastic and friendly staff :-). It has been a wonderful holiday for us. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach and the water in the sea was crystal clear. We are hoping to come back here again.

I had a fantastic holiday at the hotel despite the anticyclone that is unusual. The staff was excellent and the General Manager Mr. Kantaras Argirios was very helpful, he tried to meet any requests. In the formula "all inclusive" everything: drinks and water were included. The food was delicious and varied from the Greek specialities to international recipes. I was really satisfied.

We stayed at Galini Palace for 6 nights all inclusive, the room was spacious with a nice view, the room and the hotel were clean, big pool with many sunbeds, the beach is just across the road from the hotel, and there is super market and a bus station right outside the hotel if you are interested in taking the bus to Chania. The staff were all really nice and helpful.

The staff were absolutely amazing. There was a mistake on our first night and our room wasn’t ready but they put us in a nearby apartment owned by Avra that was even more spacious and beautiful, and also made it up to us with some extra perks at the resort. Weather was gorgeous every day, food was lovely, and the vibe was chill. Only thing to mention is that the beaches here (and all around the north side of Crete) aren’t super sandy, there were lots of rocks — but we swam anyway the water was sooooo warm.
