This was the best hotel of the trip. We stayed in about 5 and this one took the cake. The views were spectacular, the breakfast had a wider variety and was delicious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and the scenery was so peaceful. It was a true vacation. The room was clean and they provided many free services as well. Hands down the best hotel I’ve been to so far. I will be returning again soon and will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who is travelling to Japan.

The hotel provided slippers and bathrobes; the little luxury items that made a difference. We stayed a few days to look around Mt Fuji with a hired car, so I can’t comment on location in terms of public transport. There is a shopping mall nearby, it’s handy to buy a few things. There are also a few restaurants in walking distance. The coffee shop next to the carpark has great coffee.

Even if the bathrooms and sbower room are shared, the staff keeps it clean and good smell. They have complete ammenities too, like bath towels, blow dry and hair iron and curler, heater for the shower area, nice set of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Plus what I like is their mist type shower head.

The shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station made it super easy to get to the place. The resort does not provide meals. That said they do provide breakfast upon request to your room. For dinner the resort has a shuttle bus to the nearest supermarket from where you may pick your food. Overall a great experience.PouloseFamily with young children

They gave consideration to our dietary requirements by contacting us earlier and provided us with an exceptional breakfast. Offered shuttle service from the station as well. It felt so special. Would definitely recommend it if you need to relax and want a touch of luxury and exceptional service. Mount Fuji is visible around the corner of the hotel as well.
