The staff were nothing short of exceptional. In particular Sarah (fantastic lady in red), Youssef, Nora, all the breakfast staff and the two maintenance guys who came to fix our light. Excellent facilities. Great location. Shame that things were obviously paired back for winter.

There was a mistake in the room type it was not the same one i made the reservation They gave us a free room upgrade and a complimentary cake as an apology. I would like to thank the recepionist Amira she helped us a lot
