She was a pleasure at breakfast and dinner each day. Hotel grounds are stunning particularly the gardens, rooftop bar and the pool. The setting of the hotel within the mountains is beautiful and the views can be enjoyed in the dining room and throughout the resort. We got treatments in the spa and would highly recommend. The therapist was great. Also thanks to Moses who looked after us at check-in. Room was spacious for 3 people.

And we slept really well so basic things are in the right place. And clean! The host couple is really doing the best they can so that you have a nice visit there. Enjoyed playing pool in the evening at LA Grande Villa. Rooms were excellent.

The location is not far from the station but a longer tuk tuk ride to the town. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly looking after us really well. The decor of rooms is homely and stylish, a bit of luxury in Nuwara Eliya. The food is very good too. There is a pool, putting and tennis if you have time to try them!
