The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces and were always helpful in booking transportation and activities around Mauritius. The reception, the mini bar, the activities booking, the house keeping members were all friendly and always wanted to help as much as they can. The Ravenala hotel was just amazing! Our room was super big, comfy with an amazing bed and view on the gardens. The breakfast options were great, you have plenty of different choices (vegan, childfriendly options...). The staff care was exeptional, always ready to help us with our requieries. The highlight of our stay was the special dinner that we had on the front deck on the waterfront, a lovely and romantic experience to enjoy as a couple! Highly recommend! Special thanks to Mr David and the staff for making it one of our best stays

the restaurant staff- they are the best, like all of them. We have the best experience, special shoutout to Vimla, she‘s the best! and also to the Pastry Chef/manager(?). i forgot his name. But he surprised me with a slice of my favorite cake from the resort. the food- we like the food variety here. my husband is a vegetarian and he had so many options. And we also love their pastries. They were delicious! the room- i like how the room is set up. It gives a sort of holding place, before the bed area. the pool- it was an experience watching the sunset while we were in the pool. the location- sunset location, such a beautiful view of the sunset.

The villa is great, big kitchen and living room, a nice barbecue outside and the swimming is fantastic. Also, the private parking inside was very appreciated so we felt at home. It is close to beautiful beaches. If I go back to Mauritius I will stay in Villa Santa again.
