The entire staff was wonderful, from check in to check out, every person was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. Having the restaurant on site was convenient and the food was good. The pool was nice as well as happy hour each evening. Ocean access across the bridge, we did some snorkeling. We will definitely be back.

Villaggio internazionale ben organizzato e ben strutturato. Per noi che abbiamo viaggiato con bambini e' stato molto apprezzato il servizio miniclub che con il suo personale ha intrattenuto piacevolmente i bambini. Giusta dimensione, non troppo grande ma con i vari servizi,piscine e ristoranti. Apprezzato il fatto di poter scegliere alcune cene nei ristoranti tematici oltre al ristorante a buffet. Il personale dei ristoranti e' stato sempre cortese. La qualita' del cibo, da valutare come villaggio internazionale, comunque ci ha soddisfatti. Non mancava nulla. Troppi bravi i ragazzi del gruppo animazione che ci hanno dato un super servizio. Fantastici gli spettacoli ogni sera e la baby dance prima. Tutto ben tenuto, che si presta bene anche per famiglie

We went to the Melià Cozumel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it couldn't be a better choice. At the check-in we upgraded to "The Level" and this gave us an incredible boost in enjoying our stay. We recommend the dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, that was the peak of the weekend. All the staff is great, the quality of the food over any standards and the service is impeccable. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much!

We were here only for one night due to a flight cancellation but we definitely wish we had more time here. It was fantastic. The All Inclusive offer is amazing and fully recommended. Should we holiday to Cozumel again, this will for sure be the place we book to stay.
