There are not enough words that can describe our experience of this hotel. From our arrival until we left we were treated like royals. The staff are all centered to make the lives of visitors like living on cloud 9. The location is perfect, everything is sparkling clean, the friendliness of the staff, the manager of the restaurant, room service and the high quality of the food, huge range of the breakfast and our special treatment at our last dinner will last in our memory for ever. So everything was perfect!

In a resortworld with giant high stone hotels this 2 storey high paradise with a beautiful flowering and green garden , great swimmingpools between trees and bushes and very comfortable rooms with balconies ( seaview ) makes you relaxe !

Great hotel. Every member of the staff I had contact with was wonderful. Super comfortable bed. Really nice pools and beautiful grounds. Great beachfront location. It wasn’t perfect. Some areas could use a little love, but overall, it was great, and if I ever needed a Batu Ferringhi hotel, I would stay there without hesitation.
