The staff are all centered to make the lives of visitors like living on cloud 9. Great hotel. Every member of the staff I had contact with was wonderful. Super comfortable bed. Really nice pools and beautiful grounds. Great beachfront location. It wasn’t perfect. Some areas could use a little love, but overall, it was great, and if I ever needed a Batu Ferringhi hotel, I would stay there without hesitation.
