Had an amazing stay at this hotel! I've slept in many 5-star hotels around the world, but the service here is truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly, and you're pampered at every location within the hotel. This is definitely a place I'll be returning to. Special thanks to Snow, a very friendly employee who always smiles and goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Of course, thanks to all the staff for this wonderful experience.

I loved quiet peace and serenity that came with booking a villa and like a true resort the services were on point. Everything was provided to make sure I enjoyed every thing the villa had to offer. Binus is that the room service serves good food.

One of the resorts that i will definitely comeback to book on my next visit to phuket island. I highly recommend the cliff villa. A bit pricey but the view you get will be worth every dollar. They provide excellent services. A nice selection of food and have a 24hrs gym facility. But please take not they are working with a third party laundry service the resort itself doesnt have a laundry service. I highly recommend couples to book in this place. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It is also very spacious. I also love how they serve lots of local fruits and Thai tea at their breakfast buffet.

this is the best hotel i’ve ever been in! we had trouble with thaipass (covid requirement), hotel was really understanding and changed our dates at last minute, even upgraded our room because we were on our honeymoon. rooms are unbeliavable it was really big and romantic with private pool, view is perfect. staff is really helpfull, we would come back to this hotel for sure. i reccomend you to stay here and experience this for yourself.
