What can I say. This place was amazing. The room was lovely (we booked a pool access room for 10nights.) Equipped with everything. Gym was good, plenty of weights and a few machines. We could not fault the staff. They went out of their way, made you feel special. The lovely Matt at reception would greet us by our names every time. All reception staff were wonderful. Girls at breakfast were amazing. Thank you to Juice, Gai, Apple, Koi and Nim. We will miss you girls. Hopefully we will come back again. As we left everyone came out to wave us goodbye. Restaurants at the beach were not far from the resort. Beach was lovely. Could not fault this place. Highly recommend it

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.
