Everything of Kara Palazzo is just perfect. All staff are very professional and friendly. Modernized decorations with a large room size,bright, and clean. Breakfast was delicious, many selections. Excellent chefs and bartenders served high quality of foods&cocktails. Serhat is an incredible guest relation, helpful, and supportive. The blonde hair lady (can’t remember her name) from house keeping is polite, they made room delicately. Definitely, retune back again if I visit Bodrum next time.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, with well maintained garden and swimming pool. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. As I forgot to bring my swimming suit, the hotel staff has driven me to a hotel next door to buy a swimming suit and waited for me to try out and then drove me back, all free of charge. The food in all there restaurants are very good, probably one of the best in my 14 days stay in Turkey. During my stay, all my diet restrictions are fully taken care of. On the day of my checkout, I have to leave at 6 am to catch an early flight and the hotel restaurant is not opened yet. The hotel has prepared a very nice breakfast box for me with smoked salmon, eggs, gluten free toast, orange juice, coffee and fruits. There was so much food that it lasted me till dinner!

They serve with a very friendly and cheerful new team. The rooms are clean, the pool is big and clean, the food is delicious, especially the salad bar is very rich. The cocktails are absolutely wonderful. The facility is very nice. The service is excellent, it is definitely a place that should be visited by those who pass by Bodrum, it has quality customers and quality services.

I recommend this hotel with its perfect view to everyone. Especially in the evenings, the light of the pier and the lights of the opposite side present a visual show. The sunset is amazing too!

The location was perfect, beautiful views! Not too far from Bodrum if you want to walk there. Plenty of spaces to find a quiet spot-beach,pool,terraces etc. Lots of steps but also lots of lifts available. Food was good, all-inclusive started in the middle of our stay on 1st May, both menus and buffets good and the salads nice and fresh. Rooms very comfortable. The staff really made our stay- they were very attentive and anticipated our needs. Orkhan at reception was very accommodating and helpful and Esra was always around with a friendly smile and happy to help. All staff were so friendly, sometimes language issues (on our side, as we don't speak Turkish) but they went out of their way to help. Housekeeping did a brilliant job, our room was always cleaned nicely. Spa was also good, nice massage and the turkish bath was an experience! Overall, excellent!

The most beautiful 10 day break. Fro the first hour we loved everything in this hotel. Big big thank you to GET who was so so helpful to us all 10 days and nothing was too much. Wonderful Wonderful staff member... Housekeeping amazing, rooms clean and fresh sheets and towels every day. Food absolutely amazing, every night was something different and beautiful.
