Very nice hotel with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is there (parking, bathrobes, ice cubes in the room...). Staff was super friendly, location is top and there are even free scooters on site.

Everything was great accept one of the waitress that did not do her job right but everything got resolved at the end. The stay was good and the activities they had with the jet ski was a blast.

Location is the best to see sunset and very convenient. Due to flight cancellation, we asked for change one day later for check in and check out in booking.com.although we had not got reply, hotel meet our requirement when we arrival.

Ideally set on a private beach in Key West's Old Town, Pier House Resort & Spa offers a full-service spa, instant beach access, and on-site dining.

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it. We are sure that the view from the hotel is beautiful when the sun sets, but we still went a few steps to the pier.
