Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.

A free shuttle service picks you up at one of the 3 train stations nearby and drops at the front of the hotel. If you enjoy skiing, there's a regular free ski bus right outside. All the staff were polite and professional and attended to all our needs - a special mention to Bokdan the evening receptionist!
