The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

This was one of the coolest hotel experiences. Everything was just perfect and exceeded our expectations: the kids' facilities are amazing - so many options. The choice of food was excellent and very creative and tasty; the little details such as an option to make your own fresh juice from tons of ingredients, or the sushi buffet, ramen buffet, etc. The pool area is very nice, with a warm pool - and it was completely empty in the evenings. The rooms were perfect and so was cleanliness. Everything is thoughtful for children in the first place - we are definitely coming back to visit Tante Frida.
