Firstly I would like to thank Mr.Shady Elwy,the front desk manager. He has been very prompt, kind and generous. He made our stay pleasant. Always on his toes to assist us. We were offered a nice room with a balcony and pool view. The chef prepared customised delicacies for us. Overall it was a wonderful stay. Kudos to hotel staff

Africana Hotel is located in Borg Al Arab and features 3 outdoor pools and a spa. It offers rooms with views of the pool, the lake and the garden. It includes several bars and a restaurant. Rooms had views Guests liked the large rooms Some guests noted the beds could be improved

Special thanks to Hanyea and Mr. Ashraf for their help at all times and how nice and welcoming they were. The beach view enhances your stay 10x better. The place is huge and super clean, would definitely recommend it!!!

It was beautiful no problems at all, I even forgot my money after check out and the wonderful women kept it safe for me. I would defo recommend this place and definitely use them again.
