I think the buildung itself was originally a hotel, and they sold some apartments. so now most of the rooms are run by a hotel, and some of the apartments are for rent by private owners as our host. It makes the services even better: you use the super clean and nice swimming pool as the hotel guests, you can use the pool bar, table tennis, etc... the furnitures, sunbeds are also new at the pool. what we liked the most is the terrace: big enough, sunshine from 10.00-17.00... I had the feeling that the hosts really care about the customers, and wanted us to enjoy the stay there, which we did :)
