The hotel very clean and our room was quite spacious. The location is great and the views are incredible. We stayed with our friends and enjoyed terrace in the evenings. Tea was very welcome hostess, she took care for all guests. Her breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone, especially if you plan to see Avlabari - Metekhi areas.

Located 15 km from the centre of Tbilisi, Bioli Welness Resort is situated in the recreation area of Kojori. very clean, modern and new, attentive staff….the service was slow though

What an amazing hotel complex located high above Tbilisi! Easily accessible though and beautiful. Surprisingly quiet for such an exquisite lodging! The host, Nata, was very helpful and shared insights into Georgia and Tbilisi. The apartment was very clean and located, I think, in the Armenian district of Tbilisi, the Avlabari. Pickup for our various day excursions with local tourist companies were just a few minutes away on foot and proximity to the sights was a definite plus. The corner bakery and small grocery stores/markets nearby also a definite plus.
