Rosetta by Ferns in Sakleshpur is sort of a hidden gem. There are many things that they do so well without fanfare. At each meal, we were counting tables without little children! This place seems a huge hit among families with children. Traveling with our 6yo, we felt right at home. At 3.5 hours drive from Bengaluru, it’s not a tiresome drive to reach here. The lake, the huge Teatro restaurant, the coffee plantations, the birds and the trees were all pleasant surprises for us. We travel often and I’m used to mediocre staff at other places. But the staff here are fantastic. Every time we approached anyone, they were professional and took care of things. During the busy breakfast hours, one could see managers get hands on, clearing or setting the tables themselves to help guests settle down faster. This must be a great place to work for the staff. Our 6yo got to bake a pizza and cookies right in the kitchen!! And also had a art session with more than a dozen kids. The staff handle kids with aplomb. I had read praise for the food in the reviews. I was impressed despite the high expectations. I’ve written more than I intended. Fantastic place. Highly recommended.

This family-run estate spread across 20-acres offers accommodation in Masinagudi at the foothills of the Nilgiris. This is the best vacation my parents and I among the several we took in the last 5 years. The resort has a rustic charm to it, the grounds and room are well maintained. You get to see deers, wild boars and langur monkeys within the property. Tracy and Gibran helped us with all our trip planning and any special requests we had for our elderly parents during our stay. All the support staff were amazing and helpful in every way. Thank you Jungle Hut for the wonderful memories, will definitely visit again.

Situated along the edge of Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary, Kaav Safari Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool. It has been artistically designed to please eyes and offers free Wi-Fi in hotel rooms. Food was fabulous. Staff excellent. Nothing too much trouble and we saw a tiger! On a nice day Coracle ride would be better than the boat safari.

They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. High quality rooms and high quality service. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. This place has left the best impressions. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list. The best stay ever. Thanks to Pranalika and Rishank, thank you for being there at all times, you both are the best hosts! Machaan Plantation Resort, Sakleshpur is a coffee estate in Hanbal that features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge and garden. Excellent Staff, Very Good Food, nice environment to chill and relax, if you are looking for some place to just chill and relax with your friends and family this is one of the best place to go. Had a great time here, looking forward to visit this Place once a year for relaxation.
