Even having visited Maldives twice before, I have to say that this hotel surpassed my expectations. I would enthusiastically choose it again and again in the future. The two bedroom overwater villa was nothing short of stunning!

The resort is approximately 45 minutes away from Malé by speedboat. A children's playground and a restaurant are available at the property. The friendly and helpful welcome from all at OZEN LIFE MADHOO made our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The variety of restaurant and food choices meant that we could enjoy something different every evening. We were very impressed by the attentive service from all, as well as having personal support for our stay and our spa and restaurant reservations from Ayush.

Guests can enjoy relaxing spa treatments in over-water pavilions, or hop on a Maldivian boat and watch the crew demonstrate traditional fishing methods. Resort facilities include a fitness centre, tennis court and infinity pool with the view of the beach and the ocean. Chinese speaking staff is available for assistance. The food is fantastic, the beach too. The staff is well trained.

If an island paradise of chic simplicity in a charming adults-only tropical setting is what you need, the white sand and azure waters of Anantara Veli Resort will provide the perfect setting. Relax with your loved one in the over water bungalows, as a spectacular plethora of sea life swims in the crystal clear lagoon beneath you. The resort is a short 35-minute speedboat journey from Velana International Airport which operates all day. Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were greeted with the lovely reception at the pier after a very comfortable short trip via speedboat. We then enjoyed the brand new beautiful, spacious and quiet over-water villa with a wonderful sunset view and private pool. Ibrahim was our host during our stay - he was always available when we needed him and exceeded with everything we asked for! From helping us get to places, sorting restaurant reservations, to giving us tips for snorkeling spots and having answers to all our Maldives-related questions. The resort and facilities were perfect - all restaurants were amazing, especially Baan Huura and Origami. Roshan and Sony at Origami truly made our night special. For people that like activities, there is more than enough to chose from. We really can't wait to be back. All in all a perfect place to stay and relax and enjoy time away from a busy time at home.

The cuisine at Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort is an inspiring Maldives restaurant gastronomic experience. Dining is relaxed and informal, with an array of seafood and meat grills at SEA.FIRE.SALT.,to lighter meals poolside for lunch. Guests can head over to Anantara Veli for Teppanyaki cuisine or authentic Thai dining overlooking the lagoon for an exquisite experience. Staff was very polite and attentive. Rooms are wonderful. Kids club is also very nice.
