To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

Breakfast, meals and drinks can be delivered to you room, served at the "family" table or even poolside if you wish. My stay at Xaha was the best part of my trip to Tulum. If you go say hello to my favorite host Ricky. Ricky shared his knowledge about different areas, fun places to visit and would even speak directly to your taxi drivers in Spanish to ensure there was no confusion on our desired destination. I love me Ricky! Also, this place has very tight security. I've never felt safer.
