They preapred something for us in celebration of our wedding anniversay. 🥰 What I love most is that, Anita helped me out in rescheduling our stay due to some emergency during the original schedule. She's very hands-on and attentive to customer's needs and concern. They will also take time to meet you personally and have small talks which makes me feel at home.🥰 We will surely be back for our next visit. The best place we stayed during our 3-week travel. Staff are proffesional, rooms are very clean, facilities are complete. It has very nice small pool with shower. Bathroom is clean, and we had lots of hot water with good pressure. Slightly far from Alona beach, walkable in 10 minutes, but very calm , far from all bars and restaurant noises.

Excellent service & even the owner is very humble. He's the one who fetch us from the airport & drive us back for our departure. Staff are polite, friendly & serve us with a smile. Food are delicious. Very huge, peaceful & clean facilities, were you can enjoy the sea breeze of the ocean. We really enjoy our stay & surely we will be back soon! Highly recommended for everyone.

Very friendly host and staffs. The resort is very nice with 2 swimming pools. Our children had lots of fun in e pool. There are a number of eateries within 10min walk. Good value!

HIGALA Resort features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a bar and shared lounge in Panglao. With free WiFi, this 3-star resort offers a shared kitchen and valet parking. Love our room. It has a fridge, air conditioning and hot shower. The room was clean. I also love their hospitality of the resort. Even though we did not have a solid plan, they were helpful and providied us with information and even had a scooter available (400 pesos per day.) The swimming pool was clean as far as we could see it but we did not swim. They have free breakfast(good American breakfast) and a cute dog called Nero.
