The ambience was perfect, music not too loud. relaxing atmosphere. My wife used the ladies only spa and she loved the massage she had. She said the spa was clean and worth every riyal. Even though the price is at the high end, its definitely worth the amount and is ideal for special occasions and celebrations. After 50 plus hotel stays in the kingdom over 5 years, this is clearly the best ''luxury hotel'' experience i have had. Thank you Narcissus - we WILL be returning soon in sha allah.
