Nur 15 km von den römischen Ruinen von Carthage und Sidi Bou Said entfernt bietet das Four Seasons Hotel Tunis Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und eigenem Bad. I stayed in this hotel with my wife for 5 nights. I work in the tourism industry myself and I have to mention that I am a very big fan of the founder of Four Seasons. I know all his thoughts about service and the hotel industry and respect these ideas with great euphoria. For this reason I cannot give a bad mark, although the service in the hotel was extremely poor. We had to wait about 60 minutes at reception for our room to be ready (no problem at all). However, they didn't manage to bring us at least a glass of water in over 30 minutes. We had a nice room with a large terrace. In the first day I went to the reception because I wanted to connect my Ipad to the TV. I wanted an adapter for that. They didn't have such an adapter (no problem either); only the answer was funny. The gentleman at the reception said that only Android devices can be connected to the TV; that's rubbish. Then I ordered a taxi, drove to an electronics store and bought an adapter. After 30 minutes I had my adapter and of course I was able to connect my Ipad to the TV without any problems... What a pity! On the third night Me and my wife wanted to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel. I went to the concierge early that day and asked the lady there to make a reservation for me. In the evening I went to the reception with my wife to order a taxi to the restaurant. The lady at the concierge told me that the restaurant is not accepting guests that night. I was shocked and asked why I wasn't informed in time. So I could arrange a reservation at another restaurant. After that it started to get scary. The lady at the concierge said she already called my wife. She said that my wife told her that she arranged something else! But that was not the case. After I said she didn't speak to my wife, she said the room numbers were mixed up. That shouldn't happen with a Four Seasons. She should just apologize and arrange a new reservation instead of doing cheap tricks.

The meeting in the Reception by Radhia and Ahlem, what women they are there every day with a smile and excellent service, what a welcome 😊😀🌷. In the bar in the evening I can mention Omaima who also gives a great service, super nice too... then it continues with a cleaning lady who took care of my room fantastic... the food very good... very nice stay

Das Ramada liegt an der tunesischen Küste in der Nähe der Sandstrände der Côtes de Carthage. Freuen Sie sich auf einen Innen- und Außenpool, ein Hamam und ein Fitnesscenter. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Ramada Plaza Hotel verbracht. Sehr zuvorkommender Service, aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Man wird überall freundlich begrüßt. Taoufik beim frühstück bietet einen tollen Service und er hat uns immer ein Tisch in der gemütliche Sonne gestellt. WLAN Verbindung war sehr gut, Das Bett war bequem, und die Damen von Housekeeping haben uns jeden Tag neue Handtücher, sowie auch Shampoo und Duschgell gestellt, das hat uns alles gut gefallen. Jeden Tag haben wir 2 kleine Wasserflaschen bekommen so das wir keins kaufen mussten. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schon sehr alt und es sollte mal renoviert werden, aber wir waren trotzdem zufrieden und wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep.
