The service and staff was amazing. Especially Alice, the point of contact and Joe.l the head guide. They arranged wine in the room for my parents and accommodated any requests.

The Vinpearl Resort & Spa Amidst The Tapestry Of Ha Long Magic Escape the ordinary and surrender to luxury at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Ha Long, just a five-minute speedboat ride from the shores of Ha... Beautiful location. I especially loved the ladies that gave us a massage. They took their time to and made sure we were completely relaxed from beginning to end. Unfortunately I have forgotten their names 🥺. The ferry to the hotel was also lovely. 5 start treatment.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!

The rooms were spacious clean and the facilities were great with a good kitchen and a few spices and sauces which was a nice touch, a TV with netflix is always a great addition. The hosts are amazing and lovely, they will help with any requests or questions, they organised a tour of the bay for us which was amazing. They are a lovely family and so helpful.
