Staff were excellent, waited on us hand and foot without us asking. Room and private onsen were incredible, the views of the lake were amazing and the futons were really comfortable.

I left a bag at the Shin Yokoyama car rental station. But i had no worries as the staff arranged for it to be delivered by the next day. The staff found out it was our wedding anniversary and took a nice picture that made for wonderful memories!
