I recently had the pleasure of staying at Onsen Guest House Tsutaya, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a serene atmosphere. The staff at Tsutaya were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shared dorm room was not only comfortable but also immaculately clean. The bedding and facilities were well-maintained, and the layout of the room offered a sense of privacy in a communal setting. The location of the guest house was also ideal, nestled in a peaceful area that allowed for a tranquil escape from the bustling city. It was the perfect retreat to unwind and recharge. I highly recommend Onsen Guest House Tsutaya to anyone seeking an authentic Japanese experience with top-notch service. My stay was memorable, and I can't wait to return to this gem of a guest house.

Opened in 1878, Fujiya Hotel features Meiji Era architecture set in Hakone’s natural beauty. Amazing hotel, historical vibe, great room (our room was in the historical building)

Set in Hakone, 8.3 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Hakone Gora KARAKU offers accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. This was easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Impeccable and luxurious through and through. Staff are 10/10 as is their bar and dinner

Hot Spring Inn Hakone Suisen offers a hot spring bath and free private parking, and is within 4.2 km of Hakone-Yumoto Station and 3.6 km of Kowakudani Station. I got lucky with the room because I had a vending machine with beer right next to my door. The location is good, not far from bus/train stations, but it might be a bit inconvenient if you have suitcases since the road from the stations is quite busy and doesn’t have pedestrian area. For me it wasn’t an issue since I had only a backpack. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were super friendly. Amazing outdoor onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

What a special stay, experiencing Japanese hospitality at its finest. Such a relaxing time and loved use of the private onsen that can be reserved on check in.

Matatagpuan ang Hakone Miyanoshita Myojokan sa Hakone, 2.6 km mula sa Hakone Open-Air Museum at 2.7 km mula sa Hakone Gora Park. Very nice private and natural onsen bath. Nice rooms ans comfy beds. The owner is very kind and had good tips for our stay. We stayed 3 nights. There is an bus stop and train stop near by. There isn't any breakfast but we got Onigri from 7 Eleven which was good. The owner servers tea and coffee. We can recommend to stay in this Ryokan.

Situated in Hakone, 8.7 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, Suiun provides accommodation with a sauna, a hot spring bath and a public bath. Amazing room with a private hot spring water bathtub. Different kinds of private baths are available to the guests without reservation, the common baths are also quite nice. I recommend including the kaiseki dinner in your reservation, it was a great experience.

May mga tanawin ng hardin, ang Hakone Retreat Villa 1/f ay matatagpuan sa Hakone at may restaurant, 24-hour front desk, bar, hardin, at terrace. The place is beautiful! The staff greeted us with a warm smile and were super curtious. They upgraded our room and it was a great treat. The place is super clean. The hot tub was hot and cozy. We highly recommend it!!!

Hakone Yuyado Zen in Hakone provides adults-only accommodation with an open-air bath, a garden and a terrace. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. An amazing relaxing hotel. Excellent customer service. The breakfast and dinner meals were very high quality and service was again excellent. Shuttle bus to collect you from local ropeway/bus as hotel is quite a walk from public transport.
