The staff were very welcoming and spoke wonderful English. Whenever we entered the hotel, they greeted us chirpily! During the check-in process, the staff made many wonderful recommendations regarding the restaurants and supermarket in the area, the best ways to get to the areas we intended to visit, and were just so genuine and warm to us, and made us feel at home. The location was also very central, if you are interested in visiting Kegon Falls, Ryuzu Falls, Lake Chuzenji, so it was absolutely perfect.

It rained through our entire trip, but the hotel had so many fun bonus amenities - a lounge with foosball, ping pong and board games, a help-yourself snack and cocktail bar, and a lake viewing area with hammocks and sofas, plus an excellent indoor and outdoor hot spring bath - we spent the entire afternoon in the hotel and had a fantastic time.
