Me and my wife had a magical stay at this lovely beach house. So close to the airport but absolutely no plane noise! We loved the back garden that led straight into the sea. We enjoyed the relaxation on the sunbeds while listening to the mesmerizing waves! Never stayed at a place like this before! It was so peaceful and quiet that we both feel so refreshed and full of energy now. The house has everything that a family needs. Huge television, barbeque, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a/c etc. The bathrooms are amazing and seems that they have been renovated recently! We would love to come back again next year!

A big house with two floors, modern cosy decoration. Very convient for those who arrive later with key locker and very close to airport (10mins of driving). Very clean and house keeper is very kind when we asked for hair dryer and corkscrew.

Everything was super, we had commotion, a fully equipped kitchen, super clean house, nice pool, nice garden.The host welcomed us with wine, bread, milk and serials for the kids, we had drinking water in the house and the most fun thing for the kids -the billiard table.

Everything about the villa was excellent. Michael welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. During our vacation, we got the privacy and peace we needed! The place is great for families, as well as for young people who want to relax with chill music near the pool. Nearby, there are supermarkets for shopping, as well as wonderful restaurants 10-15 minutes by car. The villa is strategically located in the middle of all the nice beaches between Agia Napa to the east and Paphos to the west. By car of course! Regards Michael, we will come again :)

There was only the two of us and would highly recommend this villa for a family with children Situated in a nice safe gated quiet residential area The villa was clean and well stocked with everything you will need for your stay including extras for kids, barbecue etc The pool was clean, garden well kept with the added bonus of a lemon tree for fresh lemon juice and the Mesphlia where an added bonus for breakfast The host was perfect and always kept in touch via Whats ap if you needed her Situated within a few miles of Larnaca and the airport it was easy to travel, but you will need a car, beaches are close by and Kiti just down the road has everything you need

From the room you have direct access to a large private pool. Breakfast was amazing, it's huge with lots of fruits and homemade marmalade and jams, bread, eggs, Greek yogurt and more. It's served in the terrace which is really quiet and peaceful. Gaynor the host was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

Ganynor, lovely host, and her husband give you every day beautiful smiles while she helps you in each possible way and offers you delicious breakfasts. The room, with private swimming pool and bathroom, is so big and perfectly cleaned and decorated. House and garden are wonderful and the dogs lovely friends. You really should go there.

The villa it’s self had a couple of issues the aircon in two rooms was broken to the point that water ran down the walls. Otherwise it was really comfortable and inviting. My only other issue was the farmers around the area shooting really early dogs barking and plains taking off from-not very far away . However if your a party animal this is not going to bother you 😀
