Everything. Quiet location, accessible everywhere by car. Villa is very clean. Has all the amenities you need, host even had groceries in the fridge stocked for us and a wonderful lunch to greet us with. Sotiris and Tatiana (our kind hosts) were exceptional in their assistance, always ready to help and go out of their way, whether to give advice on where to go or to take care of something on the property.

A pair of extremely modern villas. Equipped to a very high standard, especially the luxury kitchen which has all the possible accessories ... Very spacious rooms, lots of toilets and showers. The rooms are clean and have air conditioners in each room. The yard is amazing in its beauty, grass, fruit trees and a well-kept and flowering garden. Huge swimming pool, sun loungers and luxurious seating areas. Perfect place for a family vacation. Location is about a ten minute drive to Ayia Napa and about a twenty minute drive to Proters. Very good quality for this price. The atmosphere in this house is really authentic. The whole house is nicer than the fotos and really well equipped and clean. Another advantage is, that the property is in the centre, but it is not noisy at all. The host is very friendly. She helped us with all, that we needed. What is more, she brought us a typical local dessert!

Location was a very short walk from the main square, and the main town was a short drive. The accommodation was clean, tidy and the facilities were excellent. Host left snacks in the house and left a present for use for New Year the following day, very thoughtful and much appreciated. Great communication. He also gave use recommendations for eating in the local area. Maps and local information was also available at the house.

House is really big, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor. Calm part of Famagusta, walking distance to the beach even for kids. But the best part of the villa is the owner who not only gives you best tips and recommendations but also delivers fresh fruits, eggs and homemade jam from his garden.
